Why I created CONSECRATE
I spent 15 years in the coaching industry - as a transformational trainer, leadership mentor, and 6-figure business owner.
I got exceptionally good at the marketing game. Good enough to see through it completely. And once you acknowledge the distorted architecture behind "I help X with Y so that Z" formulas and the personal brand theater, you can no longer uphold the charade.
In 2025, I closed my coaching practice. I realized that even though it was successful by external metrics, the entire setup and the work itself was not aligned with my cognitive wiring of a neurodivergent deep thinker. The sustained performance required by the launch-heavy business model and ongoing social media visibility were no longer viable for me.
CONSECRATE exists because I needed these frameworks while I was navigating my own process and shifting to a new way.
