PORTALWAY is where my personal story meets Soul mission…

Having been immersed in the personal development industry in various capacities since my mid-twenties, I realize that I stepped into the coaching space years before it became cool… before social media became the ultimate marketing playground, before funnels replaced person-to-person relationship building, and before a self-proclaimed coaching elite established a narrative that feels shallow - if not self-aggrandizing - to many (if we are getting really honest here).

Being a facilitator is a calling, but being a leader of leaders is the role I was born for.

Fifteen years ago, my exposure to coaching, facilitation, and transformation happened on the foundation of a completely sincere motivation - a true Soul calling, an unfolding of a plan that always felt divinely ordained.

In July 2010, I traveled to Cape Town for my very first internship as a transformational trainer at an ICF-accredited international coaching school.

Just one taste of being in the facilitator mode made it clear: this is exactly the role I was destined for. The right constellation of energies comes together in it, to bring out the best in me and put my assorted abilities and skills to good use.

I had public speaking and event organizing experiences before - from high school theatre to the project management association to debate club. Orchestrating magic for a group behind the scenes has always been my forte.

But this was different.

Because this (training, coaching, facilitation) had to do with creating transformation. It touched upon my deepest passion: the big existential questions about the nature of reality, the inner workings of the human psyche, and the inquiry into the mysteries of life.

I felt at home in that role. A part of something greater than me, in service to a bigger calling. In the years that followed, I ascended through the ranks of the coaching school with lightning speed, ending up as a Lead Trainer at age 27. I delivered in-person trainings on three continents, working 16-hour days in high heels, responsible not only for the group but also for the team.

And that - training the team, the new trainers - is where my greatest delight came from. There is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing someone who is coded to be a leader of leaders step into their truest essence, power, and Light. That, to me, is impact: activating providers of transformation, helping them take their rightful place as wisdom keepers, amplifying their reach in the world.

My role, mission, experience, and calling converge in PORTALWAY to ignite the next evolution of the coaching industry.

Having had multiple ventures in the business of transformation (a necessary personal growth arc that helped me reclaim my Soul facets of Priestess, CEO, Empress, and Initiatrix), I am beyond passionate about offering high-level training for the new generation of oracular facilitators and Soul-guided leaders.

To me, being a provider of transformation has always had to do with two things: leadership and destiny. In this context, leadership means being the organizing principle - the one who holds, directs, weaves, and stewards. And destiny alludes to the non-negotiable importance of being divinely guided to the role.

So it is from this perspective that I notice two big gaps in the transformational industry at the moment - and commit to filling them through offering PORTALWAY.

1. We need deeper conversations about practitioner excellence.

The first gap is the lack of advanced conversations about deepening our mastery as facilitators, in addition to developing our skills as business owners.

Look around: everyone seems to be obsessed with getting ahead in business, with marketing approaches and scaling techniques a dime a dozen. And yes, there are plenty of excellent coaches who can help you make good money and launch your next big thing… But those who will walk with you through Soul initiations and take you deeper into your own oracular channel are few and far between.

We have the business part covered to a great extent - but where is the conversation about the CORE of our craft as providers of transformation, about the depth, the quality, and the pristine energetics of our work itself?

While claiming to be devoted to making a difference and leading with lofty concepts like “leaving a legacy,” why are we skimming over our process of maturation as practitioners? Why are we glorifying our business investments but remain silent about the professional development we are doing behind the scenes (if we are doing it at all, that is)?

If we are to uphold the highest levels of integrity and excellence in the coaching industry, we have to start emphasizing the importance of ongoing practitioner development.

2. We need to focus on mastery, not method.

The second gap has to do with the fixation on modalities, methodologies, and formulaic frameworks - instead of the exploration of one’s unique voice, sovereign channel, and signature approach. I believe in proper certification and the importance of training in professionally recognized, legitimate modalities. However, I see that just collecting methods is not the way to deepen into one’s professional mastery. Those who are meant to go from practitioner to paradigm shifter have to synthesize from the Soul realm, but there is no training on how to do that. And I am here to change that.

Here, we do not study the “Violetta method” to get certified in it. We explore the foundational premises of transformational work, dive into the inner logic of creating change, and develop the discernment needed to crystallize one’s own original, Soul-guided approach.
